MyWhatsApp Clinic is a SaaS product operated by Arun Pradhan, Thakur Village, Kandivali East, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. We provide WhatsApp-based appointment booking and clinic management software for healthcare providers.

2. What Data We Collect

From Clinic Owners:

• Clinic name, doctor name, address, phone number
• WhatsApp Business number and Meta API credentials
• Dashboard login key and subscription/payment information

From Patients (via the clinic's WhatsApp bot):

• Patient name and WhatsApp phone number
• Appointment date, time, and slot preferences
• Patient intake information and doctor's visit notes
• Conversation history with the WhatsApp bot

3. How We Use Your Data

• To book, confirm, and manage clinic appointments
• To send automated reminders and follow-up messages via WhatsApp
• To display appointment history and analytics in the clinic dashboard
• To improve our AI responses and service quality

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

4. Third-Party Services

• Meta (WhatsApp Business API) — for messaging. Subject to Meta's Privacy Policy.
• OpenAI — for AI conversation processing. Subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase — encrypted database storage for all appointment and clinic data.
• Railway — application server hosting.

5. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored in encrypted Supabase (PostgreSQL) databases, transmitted over HTTPS, and access-restricted by unique dashboard keys. Patient data is retained for up to 2 years. Clinic owner data is retained for the subscription period plus 90 days after cancellation.

6. Your Rights

• Access: Request a copy of your data at any time
• Correction: Update incorrect data via your dashboard or by contacting us
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export: Download your appointment data as CSV from the dashboard

7. Cookies

mywhatsappclinic.com does not use tracking cookies. The clinic dashboard uses a session token in the URL for authentication only.

8. Children's Privacy

Our service is intended for healthcare professionals and adult patients. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

9. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Clinic owners will be notified of significant changes via WhatsApp or email.
