We offer a 7-day free trial so you can experience the full service before paying. Please read this policy before making any payment.

1. Free Trial First

Every new client gets a 7-day free trial with complete access — booking bot, dashboard, reminders, follow-ups, and patient history. No credit card or payment is required during the trial. We strongly encourage you to use the trial before purchasing.

2. One-Time Setup Fee (₹1,499)

The setup fee covers WhatsApp bot configuration, dashboard personalisation, onboarding support, and first-month technical support.

The setup fee of ₹1,499 is non-refundable once the bot has been configured and the dashboard activated. This is because the setup work has been completed.

Exception: If we are unable to complete setup due to a technical issue on our end within 7 days of payment, a full refund will be issued.

Contact us within 7 days of the issue with your clinic name, payment date, amount, and reason:

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

7. Referral Credits

Referral bonuses (1 free month per referred clinic) are applied as account credits and are non-transferable and non-cashable. They can only offset future monthly subscription fees.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy with 14 days' notice. Changes will not affect subscriptions already active at the time of the change.
